Barnabas Support Application Form

The Victoria Alliance Church Barnabas Fund is managed by the Barnabas Committee on behalf of Victoria Alliance Church and is funded with donations received from the VAC community. It is available to those in our local community who require financial assistance or encouragement and includes but is not limited to:

recovery or addictions support
training
counselling
supply of basic physical needs (shelter, food, healthcare)
repairs or upgrades to required equipment (phone, car, computers, etc)
bridging finances to assist with unexpected life occurrences (unemployment, emergent situations, funeral expenses, etc)
encouragements during special seasons or holidays.

To apply for support, please fill out the form below. Once completed, you will receive a follow-up email with next steps and further information required. Once all information requested is submitted, our volunteer committee will consider your request. Making a decision and processing any payment may take 5-10 business days.

Information Privacy Notice: Victoria Alliance Church considers all personal information as confidential and will not release any information to outside parties without written consent. All personal information gathered through this application will be maintained in an electronic database that has restricted access to the Victoria Alliance Staff or designate. The information will be used solely to evaluate support from Victoria Alliance Church or facilitate appropriate community referrals.
